“In August 2018 I did a DIY in ground irrigation install. I was left with dead fescue and 70% bare dirt overall. I seeded with the estate mix because I wanted that gorgeous bluegrass look. I put down seed on the 13th of September, by Halloween I had one of the best lawns in the neighborhood and this spring I am dominating the block. I couldn’t recommend grass pad more.
