The varieties that Grass Pad carry are the ones that will bloom on new growth, ensuring that you are a successful Hydrangea grower. Great addition to any shady garden and thrives in cool moist soil. Well suited for the North or East side of a house, or in shady garden beds. Easy to grow, however it gets a little more challenging when you want to start changing the flower color. They are typically pink in soil that has a higher pH, but with the addition of Aluminum sulfate, the flower can be changed to blue.
