Crimson Queen Japanese Maples are some of the most beautiful weeping trees for the landscape. These weepers provide a certain sense of class while creating a focal point in the garden. These trees display lacy leaves with branches that cascade towards the ground. They do not like wet feet, so pick a well-drained area in the landscape. To avoid heavy sap flow, if pruning is necessary, prune in mid to late summer.
