“I closed on my house on 10/1/2019. As a perk, the previous owners’ family let me take over the back yard around the third week of September because it was a complete disaster! It was about 80% wild violet (or something similar) and 20% completely dead grass. So I hit up the Grass Pad to see if they could save me. Save me they did! I began with some T-Zone and Stickit in a pump sprayer and covered the entire back yard. Around two weeks later I mowed/bagged the whole yard. I then verti-cut the yard and put down Macho Mix grass seed and Renovator fertilizer, then started watering. To my complete shock, within about 4 weeks my yard was COMPLETELY transformed! Unfortunately, I have not had the chance to take a pristine, freshly mowed and striped picture; but I hope this series of pictures is good enough to show your customers what is possible. I have attached a before, during and after, about 6 weeks total time from mid-September to late-October. My only complaint is that I didn’t do the front yard at the same time; I guess that will be next year’s transformation submission!”
